Before you can have your exam, you will have to succeed in passing your theory test. You can have your theory test from 16 years. But be aware that the result of your theory test is only valid for one year and six months.

If you want to do a speed course, you allready have to have your theorie certificate.

So because you will have to be in the possession of a valid theory certificate when you want to have your driving exam, it is best to start your education at 16,5 years.
